The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Names and address of customers or potential customers that request an estimate.
- Customers that we have done work for and invoiced.
- Names, addresses, email & telephone numbers for customer estimating purposes.
- Names, addresses, email & telephone numbers for Customer invoice purposes.
- Information is held on our E-Accounting system Xero.
- We hold Names and Address of Regular clients that we have done work for our Christmas card list, mailing list.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, mainly due to you requesting us to provide a written estimate and similarly, if we undertake the work, we will provide an invoice containing your address and contact details.
We only use the information that you have given us in order to provide an estimate or issue an invoice.
Only very occasionally, we may email regular and established clients with important information about the business and news updates.
You information will only be shared with our employees that are employed to do the work for you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have a legitimate interest and lawful bases that we rely on for processing this information.
Your Consent
You are able to remove your consent at any time.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on Xero e-accounting system.
We keep names, address and contact details indefinitely for regular and repeat clients.
For one-off customers, we generally remove your details within a period of on approximately 5-10 years.
Customers that have not used our services for a period of over 5+ years will be removed from our Christmas card mailing list.
Your information will be permanently deleting, shredded or incinerated.
The names and contact details of customers that have not used our services for a period of over a period 5-10 years will be permanently deleted for all of our systems.
